30 Day Return Policy

Merchandise in its original condition that has not been processed or altered and still in its original packaging, may be returned for a full refund, excluding any 3rd party freight charges, within 30 days if accompanied by an original receipt. Traceability must have been maintained on all material.

15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY TO:

Items pulled from warehouse requiring fork-lift or special handling. Items that were delivered by our truck or shipped UPS. Additional freight charges apply.

All Special Order Items will be charged the re-stocking fee assessed to IMS by its supplier plus a 15% handling fee.

ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED:

Remnant material
Processed/Cut material
Any material not complying with conditions above
